After walking for 6 hours a day, five or six days a week for twenty years, my tear patellar tendon, have been made for this and just see the years fly by as we all do, that's where I was. The knees were bone on bone, my kneecap right 1 / 3 worn, ill all day and night if I did not take some sort of pain killer every four or five hours.

Arthritis comprises over a hundred different disorders characterized by swelling, pain and limited or no movement in joints. The most common form is osteoarthritis, caused by the breakdown and loss of cartilage in one or more joints. It is more common in men over 45 years and in women after the age of fifty five years, mainly due to wear on joints. Other factors aggravate osteoarthritis, including weight and diet. Rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis are genetically transmitted and is mainly caused by severe inflammation in the joints that destroy cartilage.
The term arthritis means inflammation of joints throughout the body, including spine.
