well actually I have arthritis severe arthritis and it is not funny at all. when I started, I would have a lot of swelling and heat in the joints and Years passed, and no medication helped the joints are all turned sideways in my hands and my feet, but I can Peck as Heck on this computer answer your question, I would not be the first but I will eventually get this reply up there if you need any advice from me add me that your contact and we email each other.
