I raised a laundry basket heavy today and my wrist is killing me! It really hurts … I have arthritis too …?
A rheumatoid condition could … I hurt my wrist this easily? To someone else had an experience like that?
My left wrist has been ill for about 2 months after some heavy lifting. Stay away from the computer … do not type. I'm serious. Too much typing made my condition worse. Just go very easy. You can see a doctor if you have insurance or are rich, but if you use only the other for everything you have that pain goes away, see if you can.
What exercises can I do for arthritis in my hands, wrists and forearms?
