I `m 34 and suffering from fibromyalgia, jogging is one hour per day OK? I have arthritis of the spine too.?
I suffered pulmonary embolism 4 years ago
if you can run one hour a day, I doubt that you are suffering from fibromyalgia i .. would not be surprised if it's just arthritis originally called the fibro symptoms even if you have FMS – if you can jog for an hour – you have NT – You live with FMS it is overdiagnosed by incomeptant docs
